By accessing or using the services provided by Beauty & Wellbeing Education by Laura Jones ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, clients, students, and users of our website, courses, treatments, and consultancy services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Where additional terms apply to specific courses or treatments, those terms will be communicated to you prior to enrolment or booking and shall be read in conjunction with these general terms.

The specific scope, duration, and terms of each service are detailed at the point of booking or enrolment. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or are used in violation of these terms.
You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
All bookings for treatments, consultations, and courses are subject to availability and confirmation. By making a booking, you enter into a binding agreement to attend the scheduled appointment or course.
You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment or treatment session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend without prior notification, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full session cost.
Course enrolment fees are refundable if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the course start date. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refund is available for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date, although we may, at our discretion, offer a transfer to a future course.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments and courses due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, or insufficient enrolment. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to rebook at an alternative date at no additional cost.
All content, materials, course curricula, branding, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Beauty & Wellbeing Education by Laura Jones are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by UK and international intellectual property law.
Course materials, handouts, videos, and resources are provided for your personal educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our materials without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any original content you submit to us (such as coursework or feedback), but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such content for the purposes of delivering our services, quality assurance, and marketing (with anonymisation where appropriate).
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to ensure the highest quality of education and treatment, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the outcomes of any course, treatment, or consultancy engagement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beauty & Wellbeing Education by Laura Jones shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The treatments and educational content provided by Beauty & Wellbeing Education are intended to complement, not replace, conventional medical care. Acupuncture, Chinese medicine, and other wellbeing therapies should be considered as part of a holistic approach to health.
You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, and health concerns prior to receiving any treatment. Failure to provide accurate health information may affect the safety and efficacy of treatments and releases us from liability for any adverse effects.
Our educational courses provide knowledge and skills for professional development. Graduates are responsible for ensuring they hold appropriate insurance, registration, and compliance with regulatory requirements before practising professionally.
If you are pregnant, have a serious medical condition, or are undergoing medical treatment, you should consult your GP or specialist before booking any clinical service with us. We reserve the right to decline or modify treatment where we believe it may not be in your best interest.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance if you have any concerns or complaints. We are committed to resolving issues informally and amicably where possible.
